Standard delivery: 3–10 working days
Every order is custom made for you in our Dublin workshop, so standard delivery is 3–10 working days from the day you order. That covers the time to embroider your garment and get it to your door in Ireland.
During busy periods (such as the run-up to Christmas, St Patrick's Day and Easter) it may take a little longer, and we will let you know if your order is delayed.

Outside Ireland
Please allow extra time for the journey after your order leaves us:
- United Kingdom & Northern Ireland: add 2–5 working days
- Rest of Europe: add 3–8 working days
- Rest of the world: add 5–15 working days
You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details where available.
Customs and duties
Orders sent outside the EU, including to Great Britain, may be charged import duty, VAT or handling fees by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or delivery charges.
Delivery problems
Please make sure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at sales@tro-store.com or 085 890 0039 and we will help resolve it with the carrier. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of ordering, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund.
