Returns & Refunds

We want you to be proud of what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we put it right. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Changed your mind? (standard designs)

For our standard designs in standard sizes, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you want to cancel, for any reason. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with any tags attached.
To cancel, email sales@tro-store.com or call 085 890 0039 with your order number and the item(s) you are returning.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost in the post on the way back to us.
We will refund the item price and your original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the item back (or proof you have sent it), using your original payment method.
We may reduce a refund if an item has been worn, washed or damaged beyond what is needed to check it.

Personalised and custom orders

Items made to your own specification, such as garments with names, text, custom artwork or designs you have requested, are made especially for you and cannot be returned for a change of mind. Please check spelling, size and colour carefully when approving your order or proof. This does not affect your rights if a personalised item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs, and we will cover the cost of returning the item. Outside 30 days, your statutory rights to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund still apply.

Minor variations in stitch placement, thread shade or garment colour that are normal for machine embroidery are not considered faults.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return the original item (unworn and unwashed) and we will send the new size once it is made and the original is received. Exchanges are subject to the same return postage terms as above.
